Roots Energy & Engineering Services W.L.L is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company.

Roots Energy & Engineering Services W.L.L top Management shall promote the use of a process approach and the risk based thinking, ensure that the resources needed for the QMS are available including training, support and encouragement.

In compliance with ISO 9001: 2015, and our corporate policy statement on quality, our Organization is committed to adopt the best quality requirements during the execution of all phases of the project executed by us. It is our belief that the achievement of the quality requirements is the responsibility of all personnel involved in all its activity. ROOTS Energy & Engineering Services W.L.L aims to deliver products and services to the client in conformance with requirements of standards and clients on time and free of defect. For this purpose, we have developed and maintained a Quality Management System (QMS) covering engineering, procurement, construction in accordance with ISO 9001: 2015 standards. ROOTS develops Quality Manual, Quality System Procedures and Quality Plans as part of Quality Documents

Our Quality Management System ensures that all contractual and specification requirements are met for the project executed by Roots Energy & Engineering Services W.L.L and to achieve a reliable system of management concerning all activities. The QMS is applicable to the projects executed by ROOTS Energy & Engineering Services W.L.L including design, development, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, training and servicing. Roots Energy & Engineering Services W.L.L engages, direct and support persons to contribute to the effectiveness of the QMS and promote improvement.

Our Quality Assurance and Quality Control department is independent from the other departments of the company and is headed by the QA/QC Manager. Furthermore, the QA/QC Manager reports directly to the General Manager of the company. The QA/QC Manager has the full authority and support of the project management to implement the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 and other specific project quality plan and procedures. International standards to meet contractual and regulatory requirements. This also includes integration of continuous improvement of all our processes in every step of the way.
